About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. The role involves driving company trucks to designated areas within the facility to unload soiled products, then loading clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks according to their assigned routes. Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.

The position requires working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment, often under time pressure and in close proximity to other people. Work may involve exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements, as well as handling soiled or pungent materials with appropriate protective equipment. Physical work includes standing for most of the shift and frequent movement and lifting or moving materials.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
