Galileo Learning•Hayward, CA
•$26 - $31•Onsite

About The Position

The Warehouse Associate Lead owns Galileo Learning’s dock-to-distribution cycle, including receiving raw goods and vendor-supplied partial kits, coordinating accurate kit distribution and palletizing, and directing seasonal temporary labor during peak periods. The role is an accuracy checkpoint in a bespoke, multi-product operation serving hundreds of school sites and partners. It works closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure materials and finished kits move accurately from dock to truck and arrive complete and on time. The position also supports inventory and post-camp returns, including unloading returned materials, staging goods for quality control, putting away processed materials, shelving finished kits, and updating inventory locations. The role requires accuracy, physical capability, and clear direction of others during high-volume periods. It is a full-time, non-exempt, onsite position averaging 40 hours per week. Seasonal peaks may require additional hours, including overtime, to meet delivery deadlines.
