Warehouse Lead Attendant (Full Time)
About The Position
The Warehouse Lead Attendant works with warehouse associates to prepare and move merchandise according to established safety, performance, and accuracy standards. The role maintains and verifies documentation to facilitate the flow of merchandise through the distribution center, with performance directly affecting overall safety, cost, and service metrics. The position follows functions, duties, and procedures as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor and performs other duties as assigned. This is a full-time position at Custer Commissary in San Francisco, California. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The fixed pay rate is $28.00 per hour. Previous cafe and leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate functions, duties, and procedures are performed as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Receive, unload, move, and load merchandise.
- Verify item counts and note discrepancies or damage.
- Issue and deliver items to the proper destination and obtain signatures documenting delivery or receipt.
- Maintain proper inventory storage to avoid spills or spoilage and rotate stock according to schedule.
- Maintain the work area safely and properly, and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Manage and maintain stock control, plan future needs, adjust par levels, process stock-order reviews, control dead stock, and maintain dock delivery schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
