Warehouse Lead Attendant (Full Time)
About The Position
Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Warehouse Lead Attendant at THC - Thop Sierra in El Paso, Texas. The role works with warehouse associates to prepare and move merchandise according to established safety, performance, and accuracy standards. It maintains and verifies documentation that supports the flow of merchandise through the distribution center, with performance affecting safety, cost, and service metrics. The position follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule, with hours that may vary. The listed pay range is $16.50 to $17.00 per hour. One year of warehouse and purchasing experience is required. Requirements

- Ability to perform the position’s essential functions satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate functions, duties, and procedures are performed as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Receive, unload, move, and load merchandise.
- Verify item counts, and note discrepancies or damage.
- Issue and deliver items to their proper destinations and obtain signatures documenting delivery or receipt.
- Store inventory appropriately to avoid spills or spoilage and rotate stock according to schedule.
- Maintain a safe and proper work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Manage and maintain stock control, plan future needs, adjust par levels, process stock order reviews, control dead stock, and maintain dock delivery schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
