About The Position
The Warehouse Associate III handles warehouse functions including receiving, storing, and handling products; picking and packing orders; preparing shipments for customer delivery; and maintaining a safe and orderly warehouse. The role also includes housekeeping and inventory counting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; General Studies.
- At least 3 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare orders by packing products for shipment.
- Pick products from inventory for customer orders using a motorized cherry picker.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including manual and power pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Inspect boxes for damaged products and record the appropriate documentation with the carrier.
- Sort and place received products on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence.
- Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean work environment and personal cleanliness.
- Conduct inventory counts.
