About The Position
The Warehouse Associate II supports daily distribution center operations, including receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping products. The role transports, stores, and stages products while working to meet quality and productivity goals. It uses RF scanners, paperwork, packaging, and computer systems to process orders, record inventory, and prepare shipments. The associate also receives and stocks incoming materials, maintains an organized and safe work area, inspects warehouse equipment, reports equipment issues, and participates in cross-training. Optional forklift and OSHA10 training may be available.

Responsibilities
- Support distribution center functions, including receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping.
- Transport, store, and stage products.
- Meet quality and productivity goals.
- Pull, prepare, and complete shipping orders using RF scanners, paperwork, and box packaging.
- Perform data entry, merchandise scan-ins, and accurate inventory counts.
- Build shipping boxes to suit product heights, weights, and contents.
- Create shipping labels for multiple carriers by accurately entering shipment contents, dimensions, weight, and material; may create international waybills.
- Use computer systems to consolidate orders, complete commercial invoices, and create shipping labels.
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials independently or as part of a team.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized and follow safety procedures.
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, floor lifts, and basic tools.
- Report equipment malfunctions and necessary repairs through relevant channels.
- Cross-train to support department-wide production and quality goals.
