Warehouse Associate II
About The Position
White Cap is hiring a Warehouse Associate II to support its distribution operations for professional contractors. The role contributes to supplying construction projects with the materials and products contractors need. The associate safely operates a forklift to move merchandise, picks, packs, and ships customer orders, and receives, counts, and records shipment information in the system. Work may take place inside the warehouse or outside in the yard. The position also involves lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds and performing other duties as assigned. The role generally requires 2–5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Generally, 2–5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
