About The Position

Busch Vacuum Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate I for their United States Headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA. This full-time, onsite position involves performing essential material handling tasks to support warehouse, production, and distribution operations. The role requires accurate picking, staging, and delivery of materials, basic inventory support, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build foundational skills in warehouse operations, equipment use, and safety practices. The work schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. The company encourages reliable, safety-conscious individuals who enjoy hands-on work to apply.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate basic warehouse equipment
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word): Required
• Ability and willingness to pass a 10-panel drug screen, 7-year criminal history check
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) for training purposes
• Valid Drivers’ License must be maintained throughout employment that meets Busch insurance standards
• Current work authorization in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and deliver production materials and finished goods to designated areas
• Assist with packing, crating, and preparing shipments according to order requirements
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
• Receive, label, and store incoming materials in assigned warehouse locations
• Support cycle counts, inventory checks, and basic inventory control activities
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Support warehouse, production, and distribution operations as assigned
