Join us in shaping the future of industrial and hydraulic solutions! We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our [BRANCH] team. Job Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our branch operations and provide excellent service to both internal and external customers. This role is responsible for assisting customers at the will-call counter, building hose assemblies, pulling and preparing customer orders, conducting daily cycle counts, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial warehouse environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience preferred
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to meet company driving requirements
- Ability and willingness to operate company vehicles for local deliveries as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and order management systems
Nice To Haves
- Experience building hydraulic or industrial hose assemblies
- Familiarity with hydraulic, industrial, or fluid conveyance products
- Forklift experience or certification
- Experience using inventory management or ERP systems (P21 experience a plus)
- Previous experience in an industrial distribution or warehouse environment
Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the will-call counter by locating, preparing, and providing products in a professional and timely manner
- Build hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies according to customer specifications and company standards
- Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
- Receive, stock, organize, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse
- Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments
- Support local deliveries as needed using company vehicles
- Verify products, quantities, and order accuracy before shipment or customer pickup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met
