Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Dependable with excellent attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience.
Forklift operating experience or certification.
Experience towing and backing trailers.
Experience operating pickup trucks with trailers.
Construction, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical industry experience.
Basic computer skills for inventory and receiving.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
Pick, stage, and prepare materials for daily deliveries and job site requests.
Deliver materials, equipment, and tools to construction sites and service technicians.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist with inventory counts and inventory control.
Inspect company vehicles and trailers before and after use.
Secure loads properly for safe transportation.
Assist with stocking materials and organizing warehouse inventory.
Maintain accurate delivery and receiving documentation.
Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable.
Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
