About The Position

This position involves pulling totes, packages, or orders from a conveyor or pallet, scanning, sorting, and delivering them to a holding area or the next destination until all line items are accounted for and consolidated. The role requires confirming order completion and transporting orders to the appropriate location. Additionally, the associate may operate a pallet jack, stock chaser, flatbed cart, or rider pallet jack with required in-house certification. The position emphasizes meeting or exceeding internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery, while adhering to established quality goals and standard operating procedures. Maintaining acceptable time and attendance, being available for overtime, and demonstrating a positive, team-oriented attitude are crucial. The role also includes ensuring a safe working environment, supporting daily warehouse metrics, performing foreign object detection and location maintenance to maintain 5S standards, and cross-training in other areas as required.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
Energetic and goal focused.
Effective English communication skills.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Ability to count accurately and perform simple math.
Ability to read English and comprehend simple written work instructions.
Ability to lift, push, pull and move objects up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis using proper lifting techniques.
Ability to twist, stoop, squat, bend, and reach on a frequent basis.
Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
May require an in-house material handling equipment license according to the type of equipment being operated and follow defined safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Pulls totes, packages or orders from conveyor or pallet and scans, sorts, and delivers orders to a holding area or next destination until all line items have been accounted for and consolidated.
Confirms order is complete and transports orders to appropriate location.
May be required to operate a pallet jack, stock chaser, flatbed cart, or rider pallet jack with required in-house certification.
Ensures TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery within the areas of assigned responsibility.
Meets established quality goals in relation to errors measured as “parts per million” (PPM) produced and productivity goals as defined by Management.
Actively participates in job qualification audits and strictly adheres to all established standard operating procedures.
Maintains acceptable time and attendance based on TTI policies defined by Human Resources and Operations.
Available to work overtime as required due to business demands.
Demonstrates a positive “team” oriented attitude and approach toward work assignments in full collaboration and cooperation with others to complete all work assignments according to expectations and in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
Contributes to the ongoing success of the entire operations team by willingly accepting and embracing “other duties as required”.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Supports daily warehouse department metrics on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Performs FOD (foreign object detection) and location maintenance to ensure 5S standards are maintained.
Actively cross trains in other areas, as required, outside of primary job function.
