About The Position

Levine & Sons is seeking a dependable, organized Warehouse Helper / Parts Runner to support daily HVAC and plumbing service operations. The role helps ensure technicians have the parts and materials needed to complete their work. The position involves picking up and delivering parts, equipment, and materials; accurately receiving, verifying, and loading deliveries; completing paperwork; maintaining an assigned company vehicle; and assisting with warehouse and delivery duties as needed. The successful candidate will work collaboratively, follow safety procedures, and provide professional customer service while representing the company.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Professional communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to safely transport parts and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver HVAC and plumbing parts, equipment, and materials to support daily service operations.
• Receive, verify, load, and deliver materials accurately and efficiently.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Keep the assigned company vehicle clean and organized.

• Assist with other warehouse and delivery duties as needed, remaining flexible to meet changing business needs.
