Parts Warehouse Clerk/Driver
About The Position
The Parts Warehouse Clerk/Driver receives, organizes, and tracks parts inventory and prepares orders for delivery, shipment, and internal requests. The role delivers parts to customers, vendors, and technicians while providing customer service, maintaining accurate transaction records, and supporting inventory procedures. It also involves operating company vehicles safely, keeping shipping and storage areas clean and compliant with safety standards, and coordinating with Parts, Service, and Sales departments. The schedule is flexible and can accommodate full-time or part-time work. Pay is $14.00–$16.00 per hour. The employer requires a high school graduate or equivalent, applicants to be at least 18 years old, and a valid driver’s license in their state of residence with an acceptable driving record. Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming parts shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage.
- Stock, label, and organize inventory for efficient retrieval.
- Pick and prepare parts orders for delivery, shipment, and internal department requests.
- Deliver parts to customers, vendors, and technicians while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, credits, and transfers.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory procedures.
- Promptly communicate shortages, discrepancies, and damaged merchandise to management.
- Operate company vehicles safely.
- Keep shipping, receiving, and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Work with the Parts, Service, and Sales departments to support daily operations and customer needs.
