About The Position

The Part-Time Warehouse Agent/Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely handling of freight, including shipping, receiving, and internal transport. This role also supports occasional airport drop trailer operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, air freight, or line-haul operations required
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to pass and maintain a DOT physical exam
Must be eligible for TSA and FAA security clearances (training provided)
Basic computer skills required; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word) is a plus
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Effective communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, setting

Nice To Haves

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
Dangerous Goods Awareness training a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and logistics partners to track and manage shipments, ensuring deadlines are met
Verify, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing freight for accuracy and compliance
Perform reweighing and dimensional (DIM) measurements of packages
Operate forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure dock and warehouse environment
Conduct daily dock checks and report status updates to management
Ensure all required shipment documentation is completed and submitted accurately
Comply with all TSA, FAA, and company safety and security regulations
Perform basic facility and equipment upkeep
Support airport drop truck operations, including the safe transport and handling of cargo trailers as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
