About The Position

The 360 Foundation Rotational Program offers a 360° experience across Allied’s supply chain and field teams. This program guides new team members through a structured 6-month rotation across Allied’s core divisions: New Construction, Remodel, Service, Alarms, and Underground. The program aims to build hands-on experience, field relationships, and long-term career direction by introducing the fire protection trade in real jobsite environments, building knowledge of materials, tools, and workflows, and creating connections with field leads and foremen. Participants are expected to be reliable, curious, and safety-focused, to ask questions and participate in daily tasks, and to learn tools, terminology, and team communication. By Month 6, participants will be placed into the division that best aligns with their strengths and interests, setting the foundation for a successful, long-term career at Allied Fire Protection.

Responsibilities

Shadowing a different line of business each month (New Construction, Remodel, Service, Alarms, Underground).
Supporting Allied’s supply chain teams to gain a foundational understanding of material handling, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
Participating in daily tasks.
Learning tools, terminology, and team communication.
Building rapport with multiple crews and leaders.
Participating in orientation and safety training, including PPE and JSAs.
Learning pipe layout, install sequencing, and jobsite safety in New Construction.
Engaging in retrofit work, occupied spaces, testing, and troubleshooting in Remodel + Service.
Learning about alarm panels, wiring, trenching, and riser installs in Alarms + Underground.
Tracking career direction and aligning with a foreman or mentor.
Participating in feedback reviews for final placement.
