About The Position
JCW Management is the employee management company for our contract companies: Vancouver Paint Group, Inc, Hooton Wallcovering Inc., and Vancouver Drywall LLC. With over 35 years experience under our belts and working on our second generation of the Vancouver Paint Group family, we have earned a reputation for performing high quality work and safety. We've worked in many environments, including fast track construction, grocery retail, class-A office, high-end condos and hotels, shopping centers, TI improvements, maintenance work, new construction homes and house repaints. We are fully licensed and insured.
Requirements
- No experience necessary (we will train)

- Ability to follow directions.
- Experience working with hand and power tools.
- Construction safety knowledge and certification.
Responsibilities
- Remove old materials, prepare surfaces, and work at various heights while moving tools and equipment.
- Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures, etc.
- Measure a wall or ceiling, cut wallcovering to fit, and install the paper, vinyl, or fabric coverings.
- Mixing and applying pastes, trimming wallcovering at floor and ceiling levels.
- Ensuring the wallpaper lays smoothly against the wall.
- Work in both residential and commercial spaces.
- Being a team player.
