About The Position

As a Waitstaff employee at Atria, you will support residents’ dining experience by taking orders, serving meals, and providing customer service. You will help prepare and clean up meals and special events, maintain a clean and sanitary dining area, and build positive relationships with residents and colleagues. No experience is needed; on-the-job training is provided and paid.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• No experience needed; paid on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide a high level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Build teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
