About The Position
Atria is hiring a Waitstaff team member to serve residents in its dining operations. The role includes taking and serving dining orders, providing customer service, supporting meal and event preparation and cleanup, and maintaining a clean and sanitary dining room. No prior experience is needed; paid on-the-job training is provided. The stated wage range is $18.70–$22.44 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience. Requirements
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Effective verbal and written English skills.
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food-handling practices.
- No prior experience is needed.
Responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
- Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
- Build teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
- Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
