Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 0–1 year of prior experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field; training will be provided for those with no prior background.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse groups of people.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, carry trays in a busy environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, providing menus and offering initial assistance.
• Present food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff while maintaining a clear understanding of menu items and ingredients.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to established hygiene and safety standards throughout the service process.
• Address guest inquiries regarding menu options, dietary restrictions, or special requests with knowledge and a positive attitude.
• Process payment transactions efficiently and handle cash or credit card transactions according to company protocols.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table setting, clearing, and ensuring a pleasant environment for all patrons.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and support staff to ensure timely service and resolve any operational issues that arise during shifts.
