About The Position

Unidine is hiring full-time and part-time Waiters/Waitresses at Amira Choice Arvada in Arvada, Colorado. The role takes food and beverage orders and delivers items efficiently to dining room guests. No prior experience is required; training is available. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, and days and hours may vary, with multiple shifts available. The position involves warmly greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, maintaining food-safety and sanitation standards, responding to guest needs, and communicating with back-of-house staff to ensure orders and special requests are handled correctly. Team members help set up and maintain the dining room, follow cash-handling procedures, protect confidential information, and support other departments during special events and functions. Responsibilities

Promptly and warmly greet dining room guests and take food and beverage orders according to established service steps.
Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
Follow up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests.
Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drink combinations when requested and accommodate reasonable requests and preferences.
Demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed.
Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
Communicate effectively and patiently with guests and staff and work well with others.
Collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures.
Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality concerning personal or medical information shared with the employee.
Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information or complaints to a supervisor.
Set up the dining room before and after service and keep the area clean and neat in accordance with sanitation standards.
Operate equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea and soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
Work with staff from other departments during special events and functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
