This executive will develop and execute a comprehensive talent attraction strategy, with a strong emphasis on executive recruitment, employer branding, and innovative sourcing methodologies. As a key partner to SCAN’s leadership, the VP will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s future by bringing in top-tier employees and fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. This role will manage and develop a structured recruiting program designed to create a best-in-class candidate experience and streamline current processes resulting in more effective service to our customer base.
