VP- SYSTEM REVENUE CYCLE
About The Position
The Vice President- System Revenue Cycle is responsible for the strategic planning, leadership, continuous quality improvement, and administration of the full revenue cycle for Aspirus, Inc. and its subsidiaries. The role works closely with the Senior Vice President of Finance/CFO and provides leadership across revenue cycle-related areas and issues, including coordination and subject matter expertise across the revenue cycle, monitoring performance metrics, improving the patient experience through streamlined and customer-friendly processes, and driving revenue cycle awareness and education. The position oversees administrative supervision, management, and effectiveness of daily revenue cycle operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Policy, Health Information Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Ten or more years of responsible, progressive healthcare experience.
- Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle and regulatory requirements.
- Experience and knowledge of clinical operations sufficient to understand and manage the revenue cycle process.
- Complete annual competencies required by Aspirus and/or applicable regulatory agencies based on the entity and/or job position.
Nice To Haves
- CPA, MBA, or MHA.
- Knowledge of Epic software applications and previous experience with its modules.
- Certifications through HFMA or MGMA.
- Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).
Responsibilities

- Provide leadership for revenue cycle-related areas and issues across the organization.
- Coordinate revenue cycle components and provide subject matter expertise.
- Monitor revenue cycle performance metrics.
- Develop and implement streamlined, customer-friendly revenue cycle processes to enhance the patient experience.
- Drive revenue cycle awareness and education.
- Oversee administrative supervision, management, and effectiveness of daily revenue cycle operations.
