About The Position

Achieve is seeking a builder-operator to serve as VP, Strategic Finance & FP&A. The role partners with the senior leadership team and Capital Markets to connect operating performance with funding and enterprise value. The VP owns enterprise and business-unit planning and performance management, including driver-based forecasting, monthly business reviews, and improvements to planning, modeling, and reporting systems. The role leads strategic finance and value-creation work, including growth initiatives, M&A and partnership evaluation, product unit economics, and scenario analysis. It also serves as a primary source for performance reporting to the board, lenders, and investors; partners on funding, liquidity, and treasury; and builds and mentors the FP&A and strategic finance team while establishing cross-functional operating rhythms and model governance. The position is offered with hybrid options in the San Francisco and Phoenix metro markets, and remote hiring in selected locations throughout PST, MST, and CST. The stated salary range is $275,000 to $300,000, plus bonus and benefits.
