This is an early, foundational hire — and the opportunity to shape how we go to market. We are hiring a VP of Sales to build and lead our commercial function from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role at a real inflection point: Lynx has strong delivery capability, a growing reputation, and a clear set of service offerings — and we are ready to scale. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to turn that foundation into a consistent, scalable revenue engine. You will define how we sell, what we lead with, and where we focus. Critically, you will not just build the playbook — you will execute it. Early on, that means personally driving and closing key deals while putting the systems and structure in place to grow the team over time.
