The position leads a high-performing global account organization, ensuring deep technical and strategic engagement with engineering, supply chain, and executive stakeholders across customer footprints. The VP/Sr VP defines and executes global account strategy, expands specification positions, increases revenue attainment, drives market share growth, ensures margin protection, and aligns Mattson Technology's solutions with evolving semiconductor technology roadmaps and manufacturing requirements.
