Powered by a network of lenders and a data-driven matching engine, ChargeAfter streamlines the distribution of credit into a single, secure, and reliable embedded lending platform. As we continue to build the next fintech unicorn, we are looking for a high-octane, results-oriented VP Sales to lead our sales organization. Reporting directly to the CBO, you will be responsible for scaling our outbound engine, accelerating deal velocity, and building a world-class sales structure. We need a leader who can balance strategic growth—transitioning from direct sales to partner-led motions—with the "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality required in a high-growth startup. Role Mission Build a Predictable Engine: Establish a robust outbound sales motion targeting mid-market and enterprise merchants within the retail and Home Improvement ecosystems. Drive Execution: Improve win rates and close velocity by implementing rigorous deal management and clear execution standards. Scale the Team: Lead, coach, and level up the current sales team while recruiting top-tier talent to meet aggressive growth targets. Future-Proof the Motion: Lay the foundation for partner-influenced and partner-led distribution (via processors, ISVs, and lenders).
