About The Position

HiBob is seeking an experienced, commercially minded VP of Revenue Marketing to lead its global revenue marketing organization. Reporting to the CMO, this leader will own the strategy and execution needed to generate predictable, efficient pipeline across new business and regional growth. The role brings digital growth, lifecycle, website, regional, and field marketing together as one revenue engine, accountable for pipeline contribution, customer acquisition efficiency, and business growth. The VP will work closely with Sales, BDR, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Revenue Operations to translate company growth goals into marketing strategy and operating plans. The position leads revenue and pipeline strategy across eight geographies, integrated marketing programs, segmentation and go-to-market planning, digital and website optimization, lifecycle and customer growth, performance management and investment, Sales and GTM partnership, team leadership, and marketing innovation. Success means building a predictable, efficient revenue marketing organization aligned with commercial goals; clarifying investment priorities, pipeline-generation approaches, segments and programs; and scaling a high-performing global team and operating model. The role is based in Israel and requires substantial experience leading global teams and GTM programs from there.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 4+ years leading demand, growth, or global revenue marketing teams at Senior Director or VP level; prior experience operating at VP-level scope.
  • Personal ownership of a meaningful pipeline target; ideally accountable for $100M+ in annual marketing-sourced or influenced pipeline in a B2B SaaS business, with demonstrated growth.
  • Experience building demand engines across multiple channels, including paid acquisition, lifecycle/nurture, website/CRO, AEO, field, and ABX; able to examine underlying metrics and challenge strategy.
  • Experience managing significant paid acquisition budgets and making allocation and trade-off decisions across channels, segments, and regions.
  • Experience building and leading multi-layer marketing organizations, managing Directors who lead teams, hiring senior leaders, designing organizational structures, and operating across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Experience partnering directly with a CRO and senior Sales leadership against a shared pipeline target, diagnosing pipeline shortfalls, and demonstrating resulting changes by Marketing and Sales.
  • Experience defining and operationalizing segmentation across Marketing and Sales, ideally in partnership with Product and Customer Success; able to plan around segments and buying contexts rather than static personas.
  • Ability to diagnose funnel performance and determine whether segment-level issues involve demand volume, conversion, positioning, product fit, qualification, or Sales execution, and identify the stakeholders needed to address them.
  • Practical experience with evolving demand approaches such as AI/LLM-driven marketing, AEO/GEO, modern lifecycle intelligence, intent signals, and scoring; clear judgment about what AI should automate and what requires human judgment.
  • Executive-level commercial orientation, including comfort discussing pipeline, CAC, conversion, payback, and growth trade-offs, and making decisions in the interest of company results.
  • Based in Israel, with substantial experience leading global teams and GTM programs from there.
  • Full professional fluency in English and ability to challenge and influence CROs, executives, and Board-level stakeholders in English.
