Shift4’s VP, Marketplace & Value-Added Services will lead the strategy, development, and monetization of our partner ecosystem and adjacent product expansions across the global POS platform. This role owns two critical growth vectors: Marketplace: A scalable ecosystem of third-party integrations across the restaurant operator stack (online ordering, inventory, labor, payroll, kitchen operations, loyalty, etc.) Value-Added Services (VAS): Strategic product extensions (e.g., capital/loans, payroll, invoicing) delivered through deep partnerships and company-led go-to-market motions. The VP will be responsible for defining the partner strategy, driving integration execution, establishing commercial frameworks, and delivering revenue outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Partnerships, Development, Finance, and Go-To-Market. Reporting to the Head of Global POS, this is a highly strategic, high-visibility role with frequent interaction with the CPO, CFO, and CEO. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, partnership acumen, and commercial ownership with the ability to scale complex ecosystems.
