Following an investment by Summit Partners, AllCare is poised for significant growth, with plans to scale from 15 to 50+ locations over the next several years, while staying true to our mission of delivering high-quality, convenient, and human-centered care. Role Summary At AllCare, we believe technology is not just infrastructure—it is a core driver of how we deliver on our mission every day. We are building a more modern, connected, and human healthcare experience, and we are looking for a leader who is excited to shape and build that future with us. We are seeking a VP of Technology to partner directly with the CEO to define and execute AllCare’s technology and product vision. This is a rare opportunity to build a modern, AI-native healthcare platform from the ground up—while also rolling up your sleeves to make it real. You’ll operate as both strategist and builder, owning the decisions that determine what we build, what we buy, and how we architect a scalable, differentiated platform. You are a hands-on technical leader who isn’t afraid to go deep—debugging systems, writing code, or designing architecture—while also building and leading a lean, high-performing team over time.
