About The Position

Alliance HCM is seeking a full-time VP of Sales to join their dynamic team in Shenandoah, TX. This role involves strategic planning, team motivation, client relationship management, market research, cross-departmental collaboration, performance reporting, and process improvement to drive sales performance and achieve company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Refine sales plans and strategies to hit ambitious targets and align with company goals.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends and competitor activities to identify fresh growth avenues.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders to ensure seamless coordination of efforts.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
  • Review sales processes and brainstorm innovative ways to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
