The VP of Sales - Spirits will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, annual business objectives, and market growth initiatives to achieve revenue, profit, depletion, and market share goals. This role involves leading and directing sales leadership teams, providing coaching, performance management, succession planning, and talent development. The position requires building and maintaining executive-level relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry partners, and partnering with supplier leadership to develop annual business plans, distribution objectives, promotional strategies, and investment priorities. The VP will also monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommend business solutions. The role requires the ability to travel up to 40% and may include other projects or duties as assigned.
