The VP of Food & Beverage is primarily responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all property food and beverage operations and strategically supporting Area Hotels, maintaining a profitable F&B department while maintaining high quality products and service levels. He/she is also responsible for supervising the implementation and maintenance of Corporate F&B programs, brand standards at hotels, creating new strategies and bold initiatives throughout the region.
