The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for managing and executing successful F&B operations in all outlets, including banquets & catering, restaurant and bar operations, in-room dining, the club lounge, and in-room mini bars. The role will work closely with other departments to ensure there is a seamless transition between sales, room, and food & beverage. They will manage the day-to-day financials and be responsible for achieving budgeted results.
