Requirements

10+ year in commodities or Agriculture
Bachelor's Degree of Science preferred
Prior CBOT futures trading experience
Knowledge of Agriculture commodity markets; international sales; import/export.
Work well with others in a team environment.
Work well with all levels of the corporation
Highly organized; superior time management skills.
Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
Self-motivated; self-starter; conscientious; good work ethic.

Responsibilities

Oversees the sales and planning of all protein exports from North America
Provides leadership in evaluating and bringing to market new strategic partnerships and initiatives
Oversees and is responsible in the order entry documentation process
Coordinates and manages container purchasing with freight group
Develops position management in commodities position management and transparency
Strategic planning and growth model
Develop and managed export put throughs in facilities
Responsibility on strategizing 3 to 5 years goals for the Export commodities
Other duties as assigned
