The Vice President of Digital Marketing & Performance is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving STAT Marketing’s digital vision, strategy, and performance. This leader will bring deep expertise across digital channels, customer acquisition, performance marketing, and integrated brand experiences, while leading a multidisciplinary team responsible for website strategy, search, content, email, social media, and digital optimization. The role is focused on delivering cohesive, data-driven digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, improve engagement, optimize lead generation, and support organizational growth. Reporting to the SVP of Strategic Marketing, the VP will oversee digital marketing operations, including team leadership, agency management, digital systems, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will serve as both a strategic advisor and operational leader, capable of influencing stakeholders, mentoring high-performing teams, and driving measurable business impact through innovative digital marketing strategies. This position directly overseas STAT Digital Marketing contributing team members.
