The VP of Commercial Strategy (VPC) is responsible for 1) leading business growth, top-line revenue optimization across the entire portfolio of hotels, 2) bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and finance to ensure predictable revenue and strategic market expansion, 3) partner with sales team in supporting overall deal management, structuring, pricing, financial modeling and analysis, and 4) Negotiates complex agreements and builds strategic relationships with key corporate clients or institutional partners. The VP of Commercial Strategy collaborates with executives in finance, marketing, and revenue management to translate high-level strategies into executable commercial plans to drive revenue generation and market positioning through comprehensive strategic planning.
