About The Position

This role is responsible for cultivating EXL's presence in the market and growing business development opportunities with new clients with whom the company has not had previous significant contact. The successful candidate must have specific experience as an individual contributor selling BPO & Advisory services in to the F&A Department’s of the following client industries: Manufacturing, Retail, Hi-Tech, Logistics, Professional Services, etc. For this specific role, we are not seeking Sales people focused on the Healthcare nor Insurance client industries. This is an individual contributor role with high visibility in the organization.

Requirements

  • Specific experience as an individual contributor selling BPO & Advisory services into the F&A Departments of Manufacturing, Retail, Hi-Tech, Logistics, Professional Services industries
  • Must be based in the mainland U.S.
  • Travel required up to 40%
