About The Position

North America Category Management drives the end-to-end category strategy for VistaPrint’s largest commercial region, delivering customer delight and profitable business growth across our wide assortment of customized products. We are a team of marketing, pricing, and multidisciplinary category experts curating a category-level experience that drives both growth and loyalty with high-value customers.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in digital commerce, demonstrated by 15+ years of business leadership in ecommerce, including 8+ years of people leadership guiding senior teams, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of strategic portfolio governance, successfully managing across multiple complex categories while delivering profitable growth across diverse categories or product lines.
  • Exceptional cross-functional influence with a demonstrated ability to navigate, collaborate, and deliver measurable results within highly matrixed global organizations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, backed by a proven track record of customer-first advocacy where deep customer insights have directly driven successful business execution across search, digital merchandising, user experience, and technical product management.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for workflow innovation, including practical experience rethinking legacy business processes and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) tools to accelerate strategic thinking, optimize daily ways of working, and scale team output, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid foundational understanding of data analytics, possessing the analytical precision required to transform high-level commercial metrics into clear actionable business strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, or an equivalent advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
  • Working knowledge of localized supply chain logistics and manufacturing workflows for custom print-on-demand or packaging networks.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute the holistic commercial strategy as the P&L owner for VistaPrint North America’s emerging growth categories (Signage and Packaging) and Consumer segments, holding comprehensive portfolio governance to achieve sustainable, high-impact financial results.
  • Orchestrate the strategic transition toward high-growth strategic products within Signage and Packaging business lines while seamlessly optimizing operational efficiencies across our foundational Consumer category.
  • Cultivate an entrepreneurial, high-performing culture by providing visionary leadership and development to a multidisciplinary team of category experts focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proactively influence and guide a broad network of embedded, cross-functional resources—including Marketing, Pricing, and Product teams—to synchronize efforts and deliver flawlessly on global category strategies.
  • Operates with customer-first thinking, translating overarching corporate priorities into frictionless, end-to-end customer experiences that lead to successful commercial execution.
  • Lead the technological evolution of regional category systems and processes, driving a steadfast focus on migrating from legacy manual operations to automated, AI-driven commercial methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with global executive stakeholders to translate complex commercial analytics and key performance metrics into tangible, long-term enterprise value.
