Requirements

10+ years of experience leading complex, multi-site operations—ideally in mobility, logistics, or transportation.
A strategic thinker with a bias for action and a track record of scaling businesses in dynamic environments.
A people-first leader who builds strong teams and empowers others to succeed.
A data-driven decision-maker with deep experience in performance metrics and continuous improvement.
A clear communicator and trusted partner to executive leadership.
Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

Define and drive the operational strategy for the Managed Fleet business, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market opportunities.
Oversee depot launches, optimize workflows, and implement systems that support consistent, high-performance operations across markets.
Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
Use data to identify trends, surface insights, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Build a mature PMO structure to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure disciplined execution.
Collaborate with senior leaders across the business, delivering clear, actionable reporting and driving alignment on strategic priorities.
