In this role, you will drive operational excellence, profitability, and brand consistency across all corporate and franchise locations while ensuring strong execution of business strategy at the restaurant level. You will actively engage in field operations, leading through observation, coaching, and continuous improvement to optimize performance, efficiency, and customer experience. This role drives operational excellence, profitability, and brand consistency by translating business strategy into execution while actively engaging in restaurant-level operations. A key focus of this role is continuous improvement through in-field observation, workflow analysis, and motion studies to enhance efficiency, speed of service, labour productivity, and customer experience. The VP of Operations ensures strong leadership development, compliance with operational standards, and sustainable business growth across all units.
