VP, Operations

ArkadiumNew York, NY
$200,000 - $230,000

About The Position

At Arkadium, our purpose is simple- to have fun while creating fun. For 25 years, we’ve been behind some of the world’s most-played games, from the classic Solitaire that came with Windows to hundreds of web and mobile games enjoyed by millions of players around the globe. As a proud Evergreen business, our values of Fierce Drive, Positive Energy, and Living Full Lives guide how we build products, lead teams, and grow sustainably. We are founder-led, privately held, and consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work, in other words, we’re not your typical games company. Interested in becoming an Arkadian? We’d love to hear from you! The Opportunity: As VP, Operations, you will be the structural backbone of the business-the senior leader who builds and owns the internal infrastructure, governance and optimization that allows every other part of Arkadium to operate at its best. We need you to bring a passion for process and love of optimization to take us to new heights. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead four critical functions: HR & People, Legal, Finance, and Program Management. You'll be the operational force that translates Arkadium's ambitions into structured, scalable, accountable execution. You'll bring rigor to how we plan, hire, spend and deliver without ever losing sight of the culture and values that make this company special. This is a builder role. You'll inherit strong foundations and talented functional leads — but you'll be expected to raise the bar on how the business operates as it scales through its next phase of growth. If you're energized by building systems, developing people, and creating clarity from complexity, this is the role for you.

  • Exposure to OKR frameworks, PMO structures or operational transformation programs
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn
