About The Position

Provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management to all company operations functions. Ensure departments work cohesively to achieve organization objectives and to foster cross-functional collaboration. Develops, implements, and monitors operational policies and procedures. Analyzes operational data to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.
• Responsible for the measurement/effectiveness of all internal/external processes.
• Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.
• Ability to oversee major workforce/resource decisions.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Master’s degree in business or related field preferred.
