About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Mobility Operations Specialist with a "can-do" attitude to join our parking and logistics team. In this role, you will be the boots on the ground ensuring that field tasks are completed in a safe and timely manner, and deployments are organized for high-priority projects and special events. You will work closely with the team to manage equipment, maintain site standards, and provide high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age with a valid DMV driver’s license.
  • 3+ years of driving experience preferred.
  • GED equivalent preferred.
  • Must be competent in driving vehicles with automatic transmission.
  • Strong ability to follow multi-step instructions and report findings clearly and safely to supervisors.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and capable of handling the physical requirements of signage deployment, including operating trailers and maintenance equipment.
  • This job requires standing, walking, sitting, using your hands and fingers, operating tools or controls, reaching with your hands or arms, talking, and hearing.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift.
  • Must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of related experience is a plus.
  • Experience with hitching a trailer is a plus, but not required; training will be provided to the qualified candidate.
  • Thrive in a collaborative work environment, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a polished appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the setup and breakdown of delineators, windsigns, and traffic control equipment according to project timelines while following all safety protocols for roadside and lot work.
  • Ensure stalls are reserved and lots are closed or modified precisely as planned for upcoming events and projects.
  • Responsible for the safety and security of all company equipment during deployment and storage.
  • Monitor overnight vehicle activity and provide clear, timely reports to the Shift Supervisor.
  • Document vehicle information for compliance.
  • Promptly report any known accidents, safety hazards, violations of company policy, or unusual occurrences.
  • Maintain high presentation standards by operating trailers and pressure washing equipment safely to keep signage and parking areas clean.
  • Conduct regular inspections of fleet vehicles to ensure they are safe, operational, and ready for daily tasks.
  • Complete maintenance tasks and small cleaning projects according to company checklists and safety guidelines.
  • Exercise sound judgment, tact, and professional communication when interacting with team members, employees, and guests.
  • Uphold company branding by maintaining a professional uniform appearance and providing a helpful greeting to everyone you encounter.
