About The Position

Aon is seeking a VP Global Benefits Global Mobility COE - Special Risk to join their Special Risk Practice. This role involves client relationship management, project management, financial projections, and delivering stewardship reports. The position requires technical expertise within the practice, revenue responsibility, developing cross-selling opportunities, and meeting billable recovery goals and internal audit compliance. The role provides consulting services and guidance to large market clients, managing day-to-day client needs, coordinating client teams, and responding to inquiries. Specific expertise is needed in domestic and multinational BTA plan design, rate analysis and strategy, RFP development and response review, carrier negotiations, stewardship report preparation, benchmark analysis, client financial analysis and reporting, and carrier contract reviews. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for working with internal and external Aon client teams, and the ability to work both independently and as a team member is required. This role supports a group’s duty of care to their insureds and is integral to Aon's leadership in multinational travel risk management. The Consultant will support AVP and VP levels, collaborating across industries, geographies, and with international underwriters.
