Nabla has established itself as a leading AI-powered clinical documentation platform, trusted by clinicians and health systems across the US. As we scale from our early growth phase into a true enterprise business, we're seeking a VP of Marketing to lead this next chapter. Your mission: accelerate pipeline, deepen our market leadership, and build a world-class marketing engine. This is no longer a scrappy startup build — you'll inherit strong brand foundations, a meaningful team, and real budget. You'll own the full marketing function with 10 direct reports spanning brand, product marketing, demand generation, content, events, and partnerships communications. You'll report directly to our Co-Founder and COO, Delphine Groll, and collaborate closely with the VP of Sales, VP Customer Success, and Chief Product Officer. This role has evolved from player/coach to true executive leadership. You'll spend more of your time on strategy, team development, and cross-functional alignment — while still maintaining the operational instincts to know what good looks like at every level.
