The Vice President of Marketing for the Vacation Rental Division is responsible for setting and executing the marketing strategy across Inhabit’s portfolio of short term rental brands, including Streamline, Bluetent, RentalGuardian, Lynnbrook, RevMax, and iTrip. This role serves as a senior marketing leader setting the brand and demand generation strategy across the brands in partnership with Product, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership. In addition to brand and demand generation strategy ownership, the VP, Marketing will play a critical role in shaping and advancing AI driven marketing strategy and thought leadership for the Vacation Rental division. This includes identifying, operationalizing, and communicating how artificial intelligence enhances product capabilities, customer outcomes, and internal marketing effectiveness. The role is expected to understand where AI creates real value across personalization, automation, analytics, pricing, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. Overall, this role owns integrated marketing strategy, brand and product positioning, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and executing marketing activity associated with product go to market strategies.
