360i is an AI-native, social-first solution designed for clients who need to move at culture speed and translate that velocity into business outcomes. We combine specialist speed and expertise with the scale and capability of the dentsu network. We operate at the intersection of creative and media to help brands move faster, stay relevant, and drive business outcomes, leveraging the full capabilities of dentsu. The VP / Head of Growth is responsible for building and orchestrating the growth engine for 360i. This leader designs and operationalizes the growth architecture that enables 360i to win business across three channels: direct-to-client opportunities, integration into Dentsu Creative pitches, and social / creator / commerce opportunities emerging from Dentsu Media. The role sits at the intersection of new business, solution development, and opportunity integration, ensuring 360i shows up consistently in the market and that opportunities across dentsu are captured and converted efficiently. This person works closely with the Managing Director / Head of Social Innovation, the Connected Content Lead, and leadership across Creative and Media to ensure the offering translates into real pipeline and revenue growth. It reports into the Chief Growth Officer of Dentsu Creative.
