About The Position

360i is an AI-native, social-first solution designed for clients who need to move at culture speed and translate that velocity into business outcomes. We combine specialist speed and expertise with the scale and capability of the dentsu network. We operate at the intersection of creative and media to help brands move faster, stay relevant, and drive business outcomes, leveraging the full capabilities of dentsu. The VP / Head of Growth is responsible for building and orchestrating the growth engine for 360i. This leader designs and operationalizes the growth architecture that enables 360i to win business across three channels: direct-to-client opportunities, integration into Dentsu Creative pitches, and social / creator / commerce opportunities emerging from Dentsu Media. The role sits at the intersection of new business, solution development, and opportunity integration, ensuring 360i shows up consistently in the market and that opportunities across dentsu are captured and converted efficiently. This person works closely with the Managing Director / Head of Social Innovation, the Connected Content Lead, and leadership across Creative and Media to ensure the offering translates into real pipeline and revenue growth. It reports into the Chief Growth Officer of Dentsu Creative.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in agency roles (business development, operations, account management, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of today’s marketing landscape, including social, creators, and content
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing and modern production approaches
  • Experience driving impact, contributing to growth, and bringing ideas from concept to execution
  • Understanding of modular, project-based marketing services
  • Entrepreneurial and builder-oriented, with a passion for creating and scaling new ideas
  • Curious about culture, technology, and how marketing continues to evolve
  • Clear communicator and strong storyteller who can influence senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across teams in complex environments

Responsibilities

  • Define how 360i grows across dentsu’s ecosystem and in the market, including establishing a clear pipeline and opportunity pitch operating system.
  • Partner with the MD and leadership team to lead and convert high-priority pitches.
  • Develop provocative entry points such as innovation sprints, creator-led launches, and social-first brand activations.
  • Build a repeatable approach for bringing 360i to market.
  • Ensure opportunities are visible and coordinated across teams from both Creative and Media at dentsu.
  • Develop productized offerings that make it easier for clients to start working with 360i.
  • Create a clear, repeatable process for identifying opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and ensuring the right teams lead each engagement.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize high-potential prospects and develop effective ways to open new client relationships.
  • Work with Growth and Commercial leaders to design how 360i’s AI native, social-first services are packaged and sold.
  • Help shape how 360i’s offerings are structured and brought to market, using productized, modular, and sprint-based approaches that are easy for clients to buy and scale over time.
  • Ensure strong coordination across Creative, Media, and Strategy teams.
  • Build and manage a consistent approach to pitches.
  • Craft clear, compelling narratives, determine the right leaders to involve, and create a structure that can be repeated across opportunities.
  • Ensure that every pitch clearly communicates 360i’s AI-native, social-first value proposition and reflects the speed, culture, and commerce orientation that defines the offering.
  • Stay close to market trends across social, creators, and AI-driven marketing.
  • Use insights to identify new opportunities and continuously enhance 360i’s proposition.
