The VP - Global Creative will be responsible for developing and articulating the overarching creative vision and brand aesthetic for all consumer and professional touchpoints. This role involves evolving and maintaining brand guidelines that reflect the company's position at the intersection of science, technology, and luxury skincare. The VP will lead conceptual development for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce, PR, and global markets, translating business objectives, consumer insights, and product innovations into breakthrough creative concepts. Key responsibilities include guiding creative strategy for product launches, regimen storytelling, brand campaigns, and professional skincare education, as well as overseeing creative for packaging design to ensure premium, modern, and clinically driven aesthetics aligned with regulatory requirements. The role also involves leading, mentoring, and inspiring a multidisciplinary creative team, establishing best-in-class processes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. Additionally, the VP will lead the development of social-first content strategy, oversee performance creative optimization, drive e-commerce creative excellence, and ensure video production capabilities meet modern content demands. Support for the professional skincare channel, including materials for dermatologists and med-spas, is also a key function. Business and operational accountability includes managing creative budgets, optimizing vendor partnerships, overseeing production timelines, and ensuring all creative is compliant with regulations and brand standards.
