About The Position

Quantexa is seeking a Vice President, Field Marketing for North America to lead the regional field marketing organization. This senior leadership role involves owning the North America field marketing strategy, aligning it with go-to-market and product priorities, managing a team of field marketers across various industries, and ensuring budget, execution quality, and pipeline outcomes meet the needs of a rapidly scaling business. The role requires setting strategic direction, translating global positioning into regional campaigns, building and leading a team, and managing partner marketing strategies. A key aspect is gathering market intelligence from the field to inform messaging and go-to-market planning, as well as owning in-region enablement for sales and partner teams. This is a highly visible leadership position within the Marketing Leadership Team, requiring people management experience, executive presence, and budget optimization skills. The role will collaborate closely with senior marketing and GTM leadership to build a best-in-class field marketing function during a period of significant growth.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B technology marketing growth experience, including several years leading and developing field marketing teams supporting complex, enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proven track record building a regional field marketing strategy that aligns go-to-market, brand and product priorities and drives measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success managing, developing, and coaching a team of marketers across multiple industries or segments, including goal setting and performance management.
  • Experience serving as a lead point of contact for partner marketing, building joint go-to-market plans and co-marketing programs with strategic partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience tracking and reporting on pipeline health and program performance at both the macro and account level.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize a regional marketing budget, making disciplined trade offs to maximize pipeline return on investment.
  • Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across sales, product marketing, partner, and executive leadership.
  • Experience building in-region sales and partner enablement programs, including messaging, content, and training.
  • A high bar for execution quality and a track record of building scalable, repeatable, and measurable marketing processes.
  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall North America field marketing strategy, setting priorities and an annual/quarterly plan that aligns to global go-to-market plans and the product roadmap.
  • Partner with Corporate & Product Marketing and regional Sales leadership to ensure campaigns and programs reflect current product priorities, competitive positioning, and regional buying dynamics.
  • Own budget optimization for the region, allocating spend across programs, team, and partners to maximize pipeline return on investment.
  • Manage, develop, and coach a team of field marketers embedded across multiple industries, setting individual and team goals and tracking performance against them.
  • Build a high-performing team culture, hiring and developing talent as the region scales, and maintaining a consistently high bar for execution quality across all programs.
  • Establish shared standards, playbooks, and best practices so field marketing execution is consistent and repeatable regardless of industry or team member.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for partner marketing in North America, leading development of the regional partner marketing strategy in collaboration with global partner and alliances teams.
  • Build joint go-to-market plans and co-marketing programs with strategic technology and consulting partners that expand pipeline, reach, and credibility in the region.
  • Own in-region sales and partner enablement, ensuring field, partner, and business development teams have the messaging, content, and training needed to execute effectively.
  • Partner with enablement and product marketing functions to localize global assets and messaging for North America audiences.
  • Build and manage a healthy, predictable pipeline for North America, tracking program performance and pipeline contribution at both the macro (regional) and individual account level.
  • Partner with sales operations and business development to monitor pipeline health, identify gaps, and adjust program investment in real time.
  • Serve as the voice of the North America market internally, gathering and synthesizing account level intelligence, competitive insights, and buyer feedback from the field team.
  • Feed regional intelligence back into messaging, positioning, and broader go-to-market planning, partnering with product marketing and corporate marketing to keep campaigns sharp and relevant.
