About The Position

Quantexa is seeking a Vice President, Field Marketing, North America to lead its regional field marketing organization. This senior leadership role involves owning the North America field marketing strategy, aligning it with go-to-market and product priorities, managing a team of field marketers across various industries, and ensuring budget, execution quality, and pipeline outcomes meet the demands of a rapidly scaling business. The role requires setting strategic direction for field marketing in North America, translating global positioning and product priorities into regional campaigns and programs to build and accelerate pipeline. It also involves building and leading a team of field marketers, setting clear goals, tracking performance, and coaching for high execution quality.
